Refund policy

You have 14 days from the delivery date to request a return. To initiate it, email us at thirst.cult@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for return.

Please note: bodysuits, underwear, and other intimate items are final sale — no exceptions (once it’s touched your bits, it’s yours forever). 

All returned items must be:

• Shipped back within 14 days of delivery.

• In original condition: unworn, unwashed, free from perfume, blood, makeup, pet hair, or any mysterious stains.

• With all tags and hygiene seals intact.

• In original packaging.

• Accompanied by proof of purchase (your invoice or order confirmation).

Altered or damaged items will not be accepted. We reserve the right to refuse returns that are not in resalable condition.

Returns must be sent using a tracked shipping method, and the tracking number must be shared with us. THIRST is not responsible for lost or damaged parcels — we’re seductive, not omnipotent.

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. Any parcel sent cash on delivery will be rejected.

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll send a confirmation via email. If approved, we’ll refund the original item price (excluding shipping/customs fees) within 14 days.
